Arizona Musicfest 2015

Featuring top artists of Classical, Chamber, Jazz, Rock and Roll, Country, Bluegrass and Pop, the 2015 Festival will offer fourteen extraordinary concerts at venues in Scottsdale and Phoenix. Highlights of this exceptional musical experience, regarded as “America’s Premier Winter Music Festival,” are:

Robert Moody will conduct the Arizona Musicfest Orchestra in four blockbuster concerts with repertoire that includes: Mozart’s Clarinet Concerto featuring Ricardo Morales of The Philadelphia Orchestra, Rimsky-Korsakov’s Scheherazade, R. Strauss’ Der Rosenkavalier Suite, J. Strauss’ Blue Danube Waltz, Beethoven’s beloved Emperor Piano Concerto featuring the brilliant pianist Orion Weiss, Tchaikovsky’s Symphony No. 4, and Janáček’s Glagolitic Mass.

In addition to Morales and Weiss, the Arizona Musicfest Orchestra is also excited to join forces with performer extraordinaire Storm Large, the dynamic lead singer of Pink Martini, in one of the most unforgettable events of the Festival, The Crazy Arc of Love.
