At the 2016 auction, two of the best-known Hollywood stunt cars will be on the auction block. Optimus Prime and Bumblebee from the blockbuster “Transformers” will be crossing the auction block when Barrett-Jackson opens at WestWorld of Scottsdale January 23 – 31, 2016. Director and car enthusiast Michael Bay will be selling his 1967 Chevrolet Camaro used to play Bumblebee as well as the 1992 Peterbuilt semi-truck that served as Optimus Prime.
