Held at Scottsdale Civic Center Park, Baseball City (an upgrade of the former Spring Training Festival) is the largest interactive fan festival surrounding spring training, marks the kick-off to the season and caters to every baseball fan. Event highlights include the Lil’ Sluggers Field for kids, plus clinics and panel discussions with current and former baseball stars.

Baseball Legends, All-Stars, Hall-of-Famers and current Major League Baseball players will all be making appearances, so bring your sharpie to get autographs!

There will also be live music during the entire event and the Science of Baseball, presented by Arizona SciTech Festival. This interactive experience will engage the public in hands-on activities that explain the science behind the sport.

When you’re hungry, stop at one of the many local restaurants or food trucks, who will be serving up delicious fare during the event.

The event takes place March 7-8, 2015, and admission is free.
