Buster's on the Lake

Located in McCormick Ranch overlooking Lake Marguerite, this locally-owned restaurant is now celebrating its 20th year. Buster's offers various options for indoor or outdoor dining in a "resort casual" environment.
The main dining room, with its warm, comfortable 'retro-contemporary" décor, features lake views, spacious booths and a covered terrace for outdoor dining. Extensive lunch and dinner menus offer a diverse selection of options, with an emphasis on quality and value. Prime Rib and fresh seafood are Buster's staples, with other favorites including house smoked baby back ribs, tender lamb chops, beer battered Icelandic Cod and a variety of steak, chicken and pasta dishes. The lunch menu includes a large selection of salads, sandwiches and gourmet burgers along with lunch size portions of many specialty dishes. Buster's is probably best known locally for the very popular Lahvosh appetizer, which is a large round whole wheat Armenian cracker topped with Havarti cheese and a choice of toppings.
The full lunch, dinner and Sunday brunch menus are also offered in the bar and lounge which includes a lakeside patio. The bar features happy hour drink and appetizer specials from 3 - 7 PM every day. Fourteen flat screen TV's broadcast sporting events, with the audio portion only turned on for "big" events.
Buster's offers a variety of indoor and outdoor private dining areas for groups ranging from 12 to 80, along with special banquet packages.
