Here’s how “Site See” and Fly Free works:

  • Submit a RFP*
  • A Scottsdale CVB sales manager will contact you to custom tailor your search in Scottsdale – only hear from the venues that fit your group’s specific needs!
  • The Scottsdale CVB will work on your behalf to collect and summarize hotel, resort and off-site venue availability
  • Once a preferred property list is determined, the Scottsdale CVB will create your customized site visit:**
    • Complimentary airfare for one (1) Meeting Planner***
    • Arrange transportation and site inspections of individual properties and venues
    • Arrange overnight accommodations
    • If you wish, CVB staff will accompany you on your site
    • Complimentary Scottsdale gift

Terms & Conditions:
*Client must have an active RFP for Scottsdale with minimum 100 group rooms peak night. Only one (1) airline ticket paid by SCVB per site visit; $500 maximum value paid per airline ticket. Certain exceptions may apply to room night requirement based on Scottsdale CVB/property approval. Please call 800-782-1117 for more information.
**A minimum of 2 weeks notice is needed for all site visits.
*** Airline tickets are non-refundable and non-transferrable. Please note once ticketed, should you need to cancel the SCVB will invoice you for the cost of the airline ticket. Airline tickets must be purchased by the SCVB. Ticket expense cannot be reimbursed to clients if tickets are purchased on own.
