Pet Friendly Scottsdale

When Fido or Fluffy joins you on vacation, you want to make sure they have as much fun as you do. Scottsdale can help with pet-friendly accommodations at 55 of our finest hotels, resorts and vacation rentals; playtime at area dog parks, and special treats at area restaurants. Here are just a few of the ways you can pamper your pet in Scottsdale.

  • Four-legged guests at FireSky Resort & Spa will feel at home as soon as they see their name on the resort’s welcome board. And in your room, a cozy pet bed and special food and water bowls await. Couldn’t bring your buddy along on this trip? FireSky’s Guppy Love program offers complimentary goldfish to keep you company during your stay.

  • The Westin Kierland Resort & Spa admits cats and dogs into its Kierland Companion Club, which includes food bowls, a Westin Heavenly pet bed, doggie ID tags, kitty boxes with litter and, for dogs, access to the nearby Kierland Companion Park.

  • If you and your pet have some energy to burn, Scottsdale’s Indian Bend Wash Greenbelt provides miles of paved pathways and lawn areas perfect for walking, biking, jogging and rollerblading.

  • To cure a case of post-exercise munchies, stop by Sprinkles Cupcakes for a sugar-free doggie cupcake made with eggs, honey and vanilla, and topped with yogurt frosting (don’t fret, Sprinkles offers more than 20 varieties of human cupcakes to choose from, so you can enjoy a treat too!).

  • The Hyatt Regency Scottsdale Resort & Spa welcomes cats and dogs less than 40 pounds to stay and play with the resort’s 4Paws program. Furry guests receive all-natural gourmet treats, a toy, Labor of Love Bed, suggested walking routes on property, food and water dishes, and access to in-room delights from the 4Paws “Beastro” menu, featuring indulgences like Canine Veggie Bruschetta and Seafood Parfait.

  • The Princess Pets program at The Fairmont Scottsdale Princess includes a “Woofer” or “Purr-fect” gift set featuring a plush bed, food and water bowls, pet toys and treats. Fairmont Scottsdale’s concierge can point out nearby walking paths, parks and grassy areas suitable for four-legged friends.

  • Dogs and cats stay for free at Hotel Valley Ho! Amenities include doggie treats, a double-sided bowl for water and food, a pick-up-after-your-pet bag, and a “Pet in Room” sign. Furry friends are welcome to enjoy the hotel’s lush grounds and courtyards – with lots of room to throw a ball or a Frisbee!

  • The Hermosa Inn welcomes dogs less than 50 pounds with amenities such as Pawdicures, Doga sessions, and pet taxi service. Half- or full-day spa day care is provided by Oh My Dog! Pet Boutique, where your pooch can enjoy luxuries like a Fur Butter Treatment to condition the coat and skin or a Furminator Treatment to remove excess undercoat.
