Every January through April the outdoor amphitheater at the Scottsdale Civic Center Mall, just north of the Scottsdale Center for the Performing Arts, comes alive with Native American music, dance, art and traditional foods.
The EXPO unites an impressive gathering of 100 nationally celebrated and award-winning artists that passionately produce art in studios. They can be seen painting in all mediums, sketching in pen & ink, pastels and pencil, assembling mosaics, sculpting clay, carving wood, composing mixed media on canvas, welding, designing and sculpting jewelry. Outside, artists can be found working in outdoor cabanas carving alabaster, etching stone, welding metal, steel and copper, patina finishing, glass fusing and more!

Just as the Woodstock festival was a historical musical moment, the inaugural Woodjock aims to be a first in music and sports history.
In the midst of the Cactus League season, musical talent from the baseball world will be highlighted on the stage. Headlined by White Sox ace Jake Peavy, ten athletes and their celebrity friends will pick up their instruments and showcase their major-league flair on a new field...a music jamfest.
The Venue in Old Town Scottsdale will host the event on March 11, 2010 with only 1,200 tickets available for sale - both general admission and VIP. In addition to the celebrity participants on stage, many players from the Cactus League teams will be in attendance to support their fellow big-leaguers.
Mix, mingle and marvel at the Desert Botanical Garden. Spiked! includes Garden admission, hors d'oeuvres and entertainment. A creative cocktail will be available for purchase each evening at the cash bar.
