Fairmont Scottsdale Christmas Day Dining Menus:

LV Bistro: Straight from the farm to the table, this holiday buffet includes made-to-order omelets, Tasso ham and potato casserole, spiced eggnog French toast, a smoked salmon tasting, organic salads, brown sugar free-range turkey, grilled flat iron steak, prime rib, mascarpone herbed polenta, pumpkin spiced sweet potato gratin and an assortment of desserts such as a buttered rum chocolate pyramid, peppermint mocha torte, a caramel chestnut Yule log and Ethan’s Tipsy Fruit Cake. Pricing is $52 for adults, $27 for children 6 – 12 and kids 5 and younger dine for free with the purchase of an adult entree. With a children’s playroom in the back of the restaurant, the little ones can be entertained while the adults relax. The buffet is offered 10 am – 3 pm and the restaurant is open with an a la carte menu of fresh, local cuisine from 6 pm – 9 pm.

The Grill at the TPC Scottsdale: With the restaurant’s new focus on simple, sustainable seafood, The Grill offers a fresh new option for holiday revelers. To start, on Christmas Eve, The Grill is creating a special four-course dinner, including a champagne toast, for $55 per person from 6 pm – 9 pm. Then on Christmas Day, the restaurant presents an abundant seafood buffet featuring a raw bar and oyster station with cherry stone and razor clams, stoned crab claws, Saltspring Island mussels and smoked sturgeon; a carving station with whole Heritage turkey, carved ribeye, mesquite honey glazed Berkshire ham; entree offerings of pork osso bucco, Texas redfish and beef medalions; accompaniments of mashed potatoes, candied yams, French bean casserole; a breakfast station, and desserts including Stolen Bread Pudding, gingerbread cheesecake and bourbon pecan tarts, plus a glass of complimentary champagne and world-class views. The brunch is $62 for adults, $30 for ages 6 – 12 and children 5 and under dine for free with the purchase of an adult entree from 10 am – 3 pm. The restaurant is serving its new a la carte seafood menu from 6 pm – 9 pm.

Bourbon SteakChristmas at Bourbon Steak brings a four-course menu starting with sunchoke soup with hazelnut gremolata, bacon and black trumpet mushrooms; a Liberty Farms duck breast with cranberries chicory and butternut squash vinaigrette; a veal loin and butter-poached lobster with cauliflower, chanterelle mushrooms and caper-raisin brown butter; culminating with a roasted chestnut honey cake with mascarpone cream and Bourbon Steak’s signature caramelized bourbon pecans. In addition to this menu, holiday guests may also order off this award-winning steakhouse’s regular menu. The Christmas menu is $87 per person. Cocktails are available from 5 pm – 10 pm, and dinner is available 5:30 pm – 10 pm.
