The evening begins with a spotlight on the Sangiacomo Chardonnay, sourced from the renowned Robert’s Road Vineyard—a cool, windswept corner of Sonoma County at the base of Sonoma Mountain.

The Sangiacomo family has farmed these prestigious vines for three generations, producing fruit known for its purity and balance. Gently whole-cluster pressed and aged in French oak with partial malolactic fermentation, this Chardonnay offers a beautifully creamy, full-bodied counterpoint to the lively Petaluma Gap acidity.
