Sarah Spearin is a Yoga and Sound Healing Practitioner based in Tempe, Arizona. She started her yoga journey in 2013, feeling her life lacked authenticity and purpose. She teaches a slow-flow vinyasa/Hatha style that is great for beginners or seasoned students and incorporates positive affirmations, breathwork, and guided imagery in her sessions. She believes in trusting her true spirit and its guidance and plans to embrace 2024 with the motto “Trust and I Believe in Myself”.
