James Beard Award-Winning Chef, Nobuo Fukuda, will be cooking alongside Roka Akor’s Scottsdale Executive Chef, Tyson Tellez, to produce a six-course culinary journey. The meal will include acclaimed and specialty dishes from Roka Akor including Beet Cured Salmon, Shinshu-Mushi Steamed Sea Bass, and Grilled Iberico Pork Loin.
