An embodiment experience that will allow you to receive your essence and lean into the full spectrum of life within your own cells.
We were born sensitive beings to feel everything in this life-experience. To dance with life and to be sensitive is to be fully aware. The breath is a portal & intelligence that is your birthright.
Somatic Breathwork employs circular connected breathing coupled with rhythmic music to produce a cathartic emotional release.
Using the breath, you will engage your innate ability to heal and sweep out any defenses, blockages, restrictions, or pains that hold you back from who you are and how you want to show up in this world.
We will end with a Sound Bath, to integrate the change in mind and body, drop you into the meditative state, and rebalance your entire energetic field through ancient frequency medicine.
Sound creates new pathways, for the whole system to re-organize and repair.
