On Christmas Day, guests will enjoy a festive four-course, prix-fixe dinner at elements. Entrée highlights include Duck l’Orange with savory wild rice, pine nuts, dried tart cherries, winter greens and candied kumquats; Porcini Dusted Veal Chop with foie gras and asparagus risotto, and rock shrimp scampi butter; and Peanut and Coriander Crusted Red Snapper with cucumber, avocado, zucchini, young coconut, lime, and sweet chili chimichurri. Dinner will be served in two seatings, from 12 to 1:45 p.m. and from 2 to 8 p.m. The first seating is priced at $105 per person and the second at $125 per person, plus tax and gratuity. It is $45 for children ages six to 12, and complimentary for those ages five and younger.
