Learn and Lunch with Chef Marcellino at the Chef's Island

Have fun and learn a few of Chef’s secrets to creating his handcrafted cuisine. Following class, you will enjoy a delectable lunch of fresh, organic salad, the class cuisine, and Chef’s handmade biscotti for a sweet finish.

  • Saturday, September 16: Risotto
    Chef Marcellino will teach you how to create a creamy, perfectly cooked risotto that will include a surprise ingredient.
  • Saturday, October 14: Ravioli (We will celebrate National Pasta Day)
    Learn why restaurant guests can’t get enough of Chef Marcellino's Ravioli. The delicious pasta will be filled with Chef's surprise filling of the day.
  • Saturday, November 18: CavatelliLiterally means "Little Hollow" are Chef's small handmade pasta shells with his luscious, long-simmering beef ragu.
  • Saturday, December 16: Baccala Origanato
    Cool and sliced potatoes baked in Chef's wood-burning oven with tomato sauce, sliced onion, capers, EVOO, garden oregano, and white wine.
