• Prosciutto Wrapped Grilled Asparagus with Herb Goat Cheese, Lemon Hollandaise and Tomatoes Concassé
• Thai Curry Mussels with Jasmine Rice
• Pork Alla Milanese with Lemon Beurre Blanc and Braised Fennel
• Steak au Poivre with Green Beans Bundles and Mascarpone Polenta
• Strawberry Tart with Lemon Curd and Pastry Cream

About:

One of our few classes that does not incorporate hands-on cooking. Instead, guests sit down, meet our chef(s) and sommelier, and enjoy a five course dinner with specially paired wines. With each course, our head chef will talk about the food, while our sommelier will discuss the wine’s taste, variety, background, and vintage.
