Five Course Wine Dinner at Classic Cooking Academy

• Fennel and Orange Salad with Mussels and Shrimp
• Duck Confit Agnolotti with Truffle Cream Sauce
• Pork Tenderloin Tournedos with Port and Blue Cheese Sauce, Braised Red Cabbage, and Fondant Potatoes
• Steak Pomme Frites with Sauce Béarnaise
• Chocolate Mousse with Cacao Nibs and Cracked Black Pepper Shortbread

About:

One of our few classes that does not incorporate hands-on cooking. Instead, guests sit down, meet our chef(s) and sommelier, and enjoy a five course dinner with specially paired wines. With each course, our head chef will talk about the food, while our sommelier will discuss the wine’s taste, variety, background, and vintage.
