A deeply restorative aerial and sound healing experience designed to calm the nervous system and invite deep relaxation. Suspended in soft aerial silks, you will be guided through grounding breathwork, gentle stretching, and supported movement before settling into a floating meditation accompanied by immersive healing sounds and soothing frequencies. Upon arrival, begin your experience with a nourishing herbal tea or adaptogenic elixir. This intentionally intimate sound meditation creates space for stillness, softness, and rest, leaving guests feeling lighter, centered, and renewed. 

Each session is limited to 6 guests.
