The Valley has yet to heat up to a hot griddle, and the temperatures are mild enough, especially at night, for daily outdoor activities such as yoga classes, poolside sunbathing, patio eating, and a whole lot more. Out-of-towners are gone, which makes streets quieter, but the stores and art galleries, restaurants and bars, museums, and art centers are all open, and have a special fondness for the locals who keep them busy.
