June Kids Cooking Camp - Week 2

About:

Stir up summer fun with Classic Cooking! Kids will get to have fun in the kitchen and meet new friends in this delicious and interactive camp session! Campers will learn both novice and advanced culinary techniques, essential concepts, and general comprehension as they work in groups to make the daily menus. At the end of class, students will eat what they make!

$280 for 4-day session which meets from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday, and Thursday.  Available to Ages 8-12.

Menus:

Monday – Weekend BBQ

• Barbecued Chicken
• Classic Cole Slaw
• Mini Cinnamon Roll Cookies

Tuesday – Taco Tiempo

• Ground Beef Tacos
• Guacamole
• Spanish Rice
• Tres Leches Cake

Wednesday – Greek Adventure

• Chicken Gyros with Pita Bread
• Tzatziki Sauce
• Cucumber Salad
• Honey Nut Swirls

Thursday – Pizza Party

• Handmade Pizza with Custom Toppings
• Caesar Salad
• Lemon Ricotta Cookies with Lemon Glaze
