June Kids Cooking Camp - Week 4

About:

Stir up summer fun with Classic Cooking! Kids will get to have fun in the kitchen and meet new friends in this delicious and interactive camp session! Campers will learn both novice and advanced culinary techniques, essential concepts, and general comprehension as they work in groups to make the daily menus. At the end of class, students will eat what they make!

$210 for 3-day session which meets from 10:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. on Monday, Tuesday, and Wednesday.  Available to Ages 8-12.

Menus:

Monday – All American

• Classic Burgers
• Microwave Pickles
• Potato Wedges
• Chocolate Banana Milkshakes

Tuesday – Parisian Pleasures

• Croque Monsieur Sandwiches with Bechamel
• Green Bean, Red Potato, and Onion Sauté (NEW DISH)
• Summer Fruit Galette

Wednesday – Pizza Party

• Handmade Pizza with Custom Toppings
• Caesar Salad
• Lemon Ricotta Cookies with Lemon Glaze
