Chef Marcellino will teach participants how to cook Gnocchi Sorrentina! This dish features light potato, pasta, and parmigiana orbs in a creamy gorgonzola sauce. After the class, guests will enjoy a lunch of Chef’s dish, a fresh organic salad, and Chef Marcellino’s delicious biscotti. Seating is limited, and reservations are required.
