Chef Marcellino will teach participants how to cook Pasta Alla Checcha during this intimate cooking class at the restaurant’s Chef’s Island. This special dish is not on the restaurant’s menu, and it’s perfect for hot summer evenings – it features Chef’s hand-crafted pasta with his fresh sauce of only imported mozzarella, cherry tomatoes, garden basil and extra virgin oil (Evo). After the class, guests will enjoy lunch of Chef’s dish, a fresh organic salad, and Chef Marcellino’s delicious biscotti. The cost is $40 per person, plus tax and gratuity. Seating is limited, and reservations are required.
