NEW Winter Menu at COURSE

COURSE has officially launched its Winter Menu which will be featured until 3/23/24. 

Local, characteristic Winter ingredients seasonally inspire this menu. Our culinary team, led by Food Network ‘Chopped’ Champion Cory Oppold, wanted to offer a menu using currently exciting ingredients such as crab and pork cheeks as well as traditional favorites such as white bean. As a winter chill is finally arriving in Scottsdale, this is the perfect menu to thrill your tastebuds and warm your heart.
