Nutritional Series
Join us in this six-week program as we take a look at the nutritional side of the kitchen and dining table. The 6-Week Nutritional Series will educate students on health trends, nourishing concepts, proper techniques, and more! This series is open to all skill-levels, targeting those who have little to no nutritional experience or those who wish to improve their current skillset.
Each week, students will head into the kitchen to make a new weekly menu. They will work together under the careful supervision of our chef instructors. Once they reach the final touches, they head into our classroom for a lecture with our Certified Nutritionist Karla Schmidt. As they learn the breakdown and science of the class’ respective topic, our chefs plate and serve what the students have made. A great combination of education, entertainment, and great food that your body and mind won’t say no to!
Students receive recipes and notes each week. They are encouraged to take notes throughout the kitchen and lecture portions.
