THREE Session: 7:30, 9:00 & 10:30 a.m.

Join us for a special session of Paddleboard Pilates. This class is designed for all levels. No prior paddle board experience is required, but you will need to be comfortable in the water as well as be able to swim.

This is a workshop with certified SUP instructor and each session has a land-based safety and instruction brief before launching.

Cost is $75 per person. Class includes paddleboards, paddles, leashes and life-jackets. Just meet at the shoreline and bring your hat, sunscreen and wear something that can get wet.

There is an option to bring your own board for $45. If you are bringing your own board, please be sure to bring a life-jacket as they are required to be "worn or carried" on the Lake.
