Join us for a delightful hands-on Pastry Class focused on creating mouthwatering fruit pies! Whether you’re a beginner or a seasoned baker, this class will guide you through the art of making flaky, buttery pie crusts and filling them with fresh, seasonal fruits. Learn the essential techniques for perfecting your crust, preparing vibrant fruit fillings, and mastering the delicate balance of sweetness and tartness. By the end of the class, you’ll be able to craft beautiful, delicious pies to impress family and friends. Each student will make their own pastries to eat or take home. (If you would like to take your food home with you, please bring your own to-go containers.)
