Reiki Introduction Meetup with Nia Ostrand

Join us on Tuesday, December 3rd at 6pm, come learn about the healing power of Reiki with Nia Ostrand! 

This is a FREE meeting to learn more about Reiki and about the Level One Training and Certification that Nia will be leading on Saturday, December 7th. 

Reiki is universal life force energy that has been shown to relieve both acute and chronic pain, depression, anxiety, insomnia and more. When one receives Reiki their brain moves into the Alpha state, a relaxed meditative state that is often hard to find in our busy world.

Reiki was so transformative for Nia that she thinks of her life as "before and after" Reiki. Nia is a Reiki Master and Teacher who has guided her students to share Reiki with the world for over 17 years.

Come learn about this amazing modality, how you can learn to give Reiki to others, and experience its healing power first hand!
