Enjoy an intimate setting in the private dining room of Hearth ’61 as our chefs show you how to prepare a beautiful dish while you sip the featured beverage, plus take home a recipe to test in your kitchen. After the demo, savor a three-course brunch in our dining room, including the two featured demo courses, dessert, and a paired glass of wine or cocktail.
