About – Sushi Class:

Join our next Sushi Class! Guests will learn about the history of sushi, the different types of sushi, and how to prepare this iconic dish. Our chef instructor will discuss how to make rolls, slice fish, and how to assemble nigiri and sashimi before bringing everyone into the kitchen for a hands-on cooking portion! Each participant will be able to prepare their own part of the menu before enjoying their creations with sides like soy, ginger, and wasabi. Please join us for a demonstration then hands-on portion of the art of making sushi!
