Celebrate Valentine’s Day with an unforgettable Italian-inspired dining experience at La Zozzona, Chef Richard Blais’ bold Itali-Zona kitchen. Available February 13–14, this exclusive multi-course menu is designed for sharing moments, indulgence, and a little culinary seduction.
The evening begins with a refined amuse of Pacific Northwest oyster accented with limoncello and cucumber mignonette, followed by a decadent supplì carbonara with pecorino and cracked black pepper. House-made duck ragù ravioli arrives next, layered with creamy ricotta, huckleberry, chanterelle, and beurre monté. For the main course, delicately prepared Arctic char is paired with sun chokes, a vanilla-scented vinaigrette, and a bright citrus-pistachio salad. The experience concludes on a sweet note with a blood orange tart, finished with meringue, honey, and strawberries.
