Weekend Photography Workshop – Taliesin West Through Time: All Levels

This weekend workshop is designed for all-level photographers seeking to work in an inspirational, world-renowned setting. Uncover patterns and similarities between architecture and nature with professional photographer Andrew Pielage, who will lead participants in this workshop. We’ll cover photography basics and exercises to improve observation skills. Participants will capture the beauty of the Sonoran Desert and then find comparisons in Taliesin West’s organic architecture. By the end of the weekend, participants will create a final project that outlines their journey of discovery at Taliesin West!  Dates, January 24-26.

Details: 

• Workshops are intended for those 18 years and older. 
• Participants are responsible for their own accommodations. 
• Breakfast and lunch included on Saturday and Sunday. 
• Complimentary tour on Friday, January 24.  
• This workshop will use Canva for final projects. Participants can create a free account online. 
• Workshop Timing: 
  • Friday, 3:30 p.m. – 6:30 p.m. 
  • Saturday, 7:00 a.m. – 3:00 p.m. 
  • Sunday, 7:00 a.m. – 12:00 p.m. 
• Participants are required to bring: 
  • Any digital camera of choice with batteries and chargers (manual DSLR, iPhone, point-and-shoot, or other).
  • A laptop and charger
