Hosted by your very own cheese sommelier, this wine and cheese class includes 5 wine and cheese pairings. Learn from a certified cheese and wine expert on how different cheeses are made and how to pair them with certain foods and wine! Highlighting Arizona wines paired with cheese, we explore the differences in aging vs crystallization, and different sources of cheese.
