WINTER 2026 Menu at Course Restaurant
Viewing cuisine as an art form, Chef Cory Oppold and his culinary team have designed a winter menu that unfolds thoughtfully from course to course. Seasonal ingredients, expressive technique, and visual detail come together in a progression meant to be savored slowly and fully.
Beginning January 2 through March 25, guests are invited to experience COURSE’s WINTER prix fixe menus:
Friday & Saturday
An 8-course Chef’s Tasting offering a complete exploration of the winter menu — immersive, layered, and carefully composed.
$175 per guest
Tuesday through Thursday
A 5-course Prix Fixe highlighting key dishes of the season, with select choices and optional supplements for those looking to indulge further.
$135 per guest
To complement the menu, our sommelier has curated both a Sommelier Selected Wine Pairing and a Reserve Wine Pairing, featuring thoughtful selections designed to enhance each course and elevate the overall experience.
