WINTER Menu at Course Restaurant

Chef Cory Oppold and the culinary team at COURSE craft an immersive dining experience that delights both the palate and the eyes. 

The WINTER menu, beginning January 3rd and running until April 2nd, highlights the finest locally sourced, seasonal ingredients, celebrating the warmth and comfort of the season.

Join us Tuesday-Saturday evenings for dinner service from 5-9pm. Friday and Saturday, explore a full ‘Chef Tasting’ menu curated by Chef Cory. Tuesday through Thursday we offer a 5-course ‘Choice Of’ menu with the option to upgrade to the full tasting menu. Guests can now enhance their meal with some of Chef’s favorite indulgent add-ons like foie gras and caviar service.

Sundays feature, our of •COURSE special menu series, and Mondays are available for private events. 

Pair your experience with our expert sommelier, David Sander’s, wine pairing or mixologist, Justin Chard’s, new winter cocktail creations. A full wine list, by the bottle and glass, along with a beer and spirit selection is also available. Walk-ins are welcome to stop by for a beverage or reserve your spot at the bar to enjoy the full menu.
