Thirty years ago Fogo de Chão was born in Southern Brazil. Today our gaucho chefs continue to honor our Brazilian heritage by expertly preparing fine meats right here in Scottsdale. Fogo® features continuous tableside service of 16 signature cuts of meat, slow roasted over open flame. The journey begins with a trip to our gourmet salad and sides bar, which includes a selection of salads, rare and exotic vegetables, imported cheeses, cured meats and more.
The meat service is complemented by our traditional Brazilian side dishes including polenta, garlic mashed potatoes, caramelized bananas and our world-renowned pão de queijo (cheese bread). Guests may also enhance their meal with a decadent dessert, a Brazilian beverage like the Caipirinha made from Cachaça (Brazilian Rum), or a glass of wine from the Wine Spectator award-winning list.
The Scottsdale dining room seats up to 250 guests, and offers private and semi-private dining areas.
