9th Annual Harvest Moon Festival at The Phoenician

Join 30 of Arizona's top chefs under the harvest moon for the 2023 C-CAP Annual Harvest Moon Feast! This event benefits C-CAP and the 9,000 Arizona-based students we support through culinary training, educational opportunities, career pathways and mentorship.

Come to the spectacular Phoenician Resort in Scottsdale, AZ, and meet celebrity chefs, feast on their delicious treats, sip unique local wines, meet C-CAP students and alumni, enjoy live music by the adored Nate Nathan and The MacDaddy O's, and take part in an auction replete with delicious epicurean and luxury travel prizes!

ABOUT C-CAP

Long co-chaired by chef Marcus Samuelsson, Careers through Culinary Arts Program (C-CAP) is a workforce development nonprofit that provides underserved teens a pathway to success. Annually, C-CAP provides culinary, job and life skills to over 20,000 middle-and-high school students across the entire state of Arizona, as well as in Baltimore, Camden, Chicago, Los Angeles, Miami, New York City & Long Island, Newark, Philadelphia, suburban Maryland, and Washington DC. We provide higher education scholarships—to date we’ve given out $71 million—and jobs in the food industry. C-CAP transforms thousands of lives every day.

ABOUT THE PHOENICIAN RESORT

Iconic in nature, unrivaled in service. The Phoenician is a Marriott Luxury Collection resort in Scottsdale. Built on the grounds of the historic Jokake Inn, the resort opened in 1988 and sits on 250 acres at the foot of majestic Camelback Mountain. For the first time C-CAP’s annual fundraising event, The Harvest Moon Feast, will be held at Jokake Inn at The Phoenician on October 27, 2023.
