SCOTTSDALE/SALT RIVER-MARICOPA INDIAN COMMUNITY, AZ — Arizona Boardwalk is thrilled to announce the arrival of its latest attraction, the Boardwalk Carousel, set to delight visitors of all ages with its unique features and stunning ride elements. This captivating, classic 50-foot merry-go-round features 60 beautifully hand-crafted animals, inviting visitors of all ages to embark on a whimsical journey. Rare and endangered species are among the many beautifully designed species as well as two charming "chariot" benches for those who prefer a steady, leisurely ride. From majestic land creatures like pandas, lions, tigers, rhinos, and elephants to beloved marine favorites such as sea turtles, sea lions, sharks, and penguins, this carousel boasts an impressive collection that celebrates the wonders of the animal kingdom.

The Boardwalk Carousel and ticket kiosk are located adjacent to OdySea Aquarium and directly across from Butterfly Wonderland’s entrance in the vibrant AZ Boardwalk. Tickets are $4 per ride, providing an affordable and enjoyable experience for families and visitors exploring the destination. The hours for the carousel will vary seasonally.
Custom-built by Chance Rides in Wichita, Kansas, the Boardwalk Carousel features fine craftsmanship on a grand scale, including hand-crafted animals, benches, and an antique-style lighted ceiling. The perfect addition to a family fun day at AZ Boardwalk, the carousel is open for all to enjoy a playful spin aboard this delightful new ride.
