Designed to transport guests through unique culinary themes, each multi-course experience blends tradition with artistry for an unforgettable dining adventure. This fall, COURSE presented Italy, Mexico – A Culinary Tribute to Authentic Flavors, and The Alps – Warm Flavors from the Heart of Europe.
