COURSE Chef Announces New Menu, Award

The restaurant recently launched ‘of • COURSE, a Sunday Menu Series.’ These exclusive, multi-course menus highlight carefully crafted culinary themes, replacing Morning Would brunch on Sundays. Designed to transport guests through unique culinary themes, each multi-course experience blends tradition with artistry for an unforgettable dining adventure. This fall, COURSE presented ItalyMexico – A Culinary Tribute to Authentic Flavors, and The Alps – Warm Flavors from the Heart of Europe. Each menu is priced at $145++ per person and available 11 a.m. – 3 p.m. on Sundays. The themes and dates for ‘of • COURSE, a Sunday Menu Series’ will be announced soon.

Exciting news for Scottsdale's culinary scene! COURSE, led by 'Chopped' Champion Chef Cory Oppold, has been recognized as one of Yelp’s Best New Restaurants of 2024, ranking #7 nationwide and standing as the only Arizona restaurant to make the list. The Yelp list highlights the newest, trendiest restaurants in the United States along with top culinary trends.

COURSE’s focus on approachable fine dining earned the restaurant this coveted spot. Yelp highlights creative dishes like lobster-stuffed corn dogs and caviar-topped doughnuts on the restaurant’s seasonal tasting menus. Chef Oppold's vision at COURSE is to transcend the traditional meal, crafting multi-course experiences that engage both the palate and senses while remaining approachable. COURSE opened in May 2023 and has received numerous awards and accolades including being recognized as the 2024 Emerging Restaurant of the Year along with Chef Oppold being named Top Chef by Arizona Restaurant Association’s Foodist Awards.
