Donabe: A Residency Japanese Steakhouse at W Scottsdale
Situated within the confines of W Scottsdale, Donabe is a Japanese Steakhouse residency that offers rare and imported Wagyu, as well as a thoughtfully curated sushi program with an emphasis on high-quality seasonal cuisine. Alliance Hospitality Group brings an innovative take on Japanese cuisine, such as mouthwatering Foie Gras & Duck Fried Rice as well as A5 Wagyu served on a hot stone with daikon & shiso chimichurri. The restaurant also has a full bar inclusive of worldly wines, Japanese whiskies, and alluring cocktails.
Donabe is the newest concept from Alliance Hospitality Group, the team behind FLINT By Baltaire in Phoenix, Michelin guide steakhouse Baltaire in Los Angeles, and other notable restaurant concepts.
Donabe is located on the second floor of W Scottsdale in a restricted area for 21+ guests, and is open 7 days a week (Sunday through Thursday from 5:30 to 9 PM, and Friday through Saturday from 5:30 to 10 PM). Reservations are available at https://resy.com/cities/sct/donabe.
