Taco Tuesday, Talavera Wine Down and Sunset Sips in Saguaro Blossom and Onyx
Scottsdale, AZ – June 30, 2023 – Summer brings the return of food and beverage specials at Four Seasons Resort Scottsdale at Troon North. Enjoy Taco Tuesday in Proof, “Wine Down” pairing specials every Wednesday in Talavera, and sunset sips in Saguaro Blossom and Onyx.
Taco Tuesday at Proof, an American Canteen
Proof Chef Edgar Flores presents a rotating variety of specialty tacos every Tuesday evening throughout the summer. Featured varieties fresh from the smoker might include carnitas, chicken and beef. Complementing the tacos, a selection of margaritas will be available at a special price of $9 or a flight of three for $18. Choices include the “Spice it Up” margarita, with jalapeno-infused tequila and a Tajin rim. The “Agave Refresher” combines reposado tequila, cucumber mint, and lemon and lime for a perfect summer sip, while the “Mamasita” combines blanco, guava puree and Lillet.
Wine Down with Talavera Wednesday Pairing Dinner
Join Talavera for a three-course menu, complemented by three sommelier-selected wines, every Wednesday this summer. The $100 per person set menu, based on two guests and not inclusive of tax and gratuity, includes choice of pan con tomate or summer salad for a starter. The entrée choice offers a chicken or barramundi option. For a sweet finale, select between almond cake or agave berry.
Saguaro Blossom Sunset
Linger longer with the “Saguaro Blossom Sunset” cocktail specials, offering signature poolside sips from 5 to 7 p.m. on Friday and Saturday evenings. Choices include such offering as the Guava Spritz, “Garden Sparkler” and Tropical Martini.
Onyx Bottle Special
Locals and guests can take in the sweeping Valley and desert views with 50 percent off all bottles of house wines, offered every Sunday to Wednesday. Pair the wine with a selection of signature Spanish tapas and a lively, casual atmosphere.
