Foodie Guide to Scottsdale

With over 800 restaurants, Scottsdale is quickly turning into a foodie destination. Young and seasoned chefs are taking over the city because of our year-round growing season, making it a prime place to create local ingredient masterpieces.

The Hermosa Inn
Executive Chef Jeremy Pacheco from LON’s at The Hermosa Inn takes age-old cooking methods and creates bold, artful cuisine using many locally sourced ingredients from Arizona farmers. Each week you’ll find a new tasting menu and a menu of classics that have held true for years.

Hotel Valley Ho
Hotel Valley Ho’s on-site restaurant, ZuZu, is known for their seasonally crafted chef-curated dishes and contemporary spin on all-American meals. Executive Chef Russell sources fresh local ingredients straight from ZuZu’s herb garden and creates playful monthly “Show Stopper” Shakes that are topped to look “extra” for the ‘gram.

Andaz Scottsdale Resort & Bungalows
Weft & Warp Art Bar + Kitchen encourages brunch all day, since it is served until 3 p.m. They serve up a variety of small plates and a menu that showcases local artisans and purveyors that influence the area. A dish you can’t miss, the Blue Corn Pancakes is made from blue corn cultivated on the Salt River Pima Reservation just outside of Scottsdale.

Satisfy your sweet tooth by indulging in Old Town Scottsdale’s sugar scene. Make sure to try Super Chunk, Zak’s Chocolate, Sweet Dee’s, Old Town Candy and Sugar Bowl (Scottsdale’s first ice cream parlor)!
