Whether you want to treat your team to some Spring Training fun under the Scottsdale sun or create a memorable baseball-themed event any time of year, the city’s stadiums offer an all-star line-up of facilities for groups of all sizes.

Boardroom Boredom Busters

Break out of the boardroom and bring your small group to the stadium for their meeting followed by an afternoon of Spring Training action at its finest. Scottsdale Stadium, the Spring Training home of the San Francisco Giants, offers six newly reimagined venues including the Press Level, which boasts spectacular views of the ballfield and nearby McDowell Mountains, and can accommodate groups from 5 to 125. For a one-of-a-kind event experience, reserve The Locker Room, an unbeatable stage for small meetings and receptions.

Over at Salt River Fields at Talking Stick, which hosts the Arizona Diamondbacks and Colorado Rockies every March, Luxury Suites provide private spaces for small groups of up to 15 people. Located behind home plate, these suites boast great views of the field, the McDowell Mountains and Red Mountain.

Old Town Convenience

With its Old Town location, Scottsdale Stadium puts you within easy reach of several unique meeting venues, such as The Clayton HouseScottsdale Center for the Performing Arts, Scottsdale Museum of Contemporary Art and Western Spirit: Scottsdale’s Museum of the West, just to name a few. Hold your morning meetings at one of these top-tier venues, then take a short walk to the stadium to watch the Giants take on the competition.

Championship Networking

Stadium party decks and patios are ideal venues for pre-game networking receptions. Salt River Fields’ American Airlines Deck and Leinenkugel’s Sundeck, located down the first and third baselines, provide outstanding scenic views and are ideal for networking receptions for 150+. At Scottsdale Stadium, the centerpiece of the third-floor Banyan Room is a panoramic view of Old Town and Camelback Mountain. The Banyan Room can accommodate up to 200 for a standing reception.

Game-Changing Banquets and Theme Events

When you need large spaces for banquets, trade shows and theme events, our stadiums provide fun alternatives to traditional ballrooms. The Fieldhouse at Scottsdale Stadium includes outdoor pre-function space, state-of-the-art technology and room for 900 guests reception-style or 450 guests seated. Located in the outfield, The Lodge is a versatile, multi-level event space that makes the most of Scottsdale’s beautiful sun-drenched weather and is ideal for medium and large groups.

The Concourse at Salt River Fields wraps around the entire stadium, providing an expansive venue for trade shows, large banquets and multi-spaced events, while the Pepsi Patio accommodates up to 600 guests for cocktail parties, receptions, auctions and more.

And if you need to go really big, both stadiums are available for complete buyouts during the off-season (April-January). Game on!
