Contest Rules:

ENTRY PERIOD
Contest will occur on the Experience Scottsdale (“Sponsor”) website at www.ExperienceScottsdale.com. Entries for the 2022 Stay & Play on Us (the “Contest”) will be accepted on the Experience Scottsdale website from January 25, 2022, at 9:00 a.m. PST through February 15, 2022, at 12:00 p.m. PST (“Entry Period”).
ELIGIBILITY
Contest is open only to legal U.S. residents of the 50 United States who are 21 years of age or older at time of entry. Employees of Sponsor and all companies providing prizes as well as their respective advertising and promotion agencies, their parent, subsidiary and joint venture companies, as well as members of their immediate families and households (including children, spouses and siblings and/or persons living in the same households as such persons whether related or not) are not eligible.
HOW TO ENTER
All entries must be received by 12:00 p.m. PST on February 15, 2022. Entries will be collected via a contest entry form on the Experience Scottsdale website. To enter on the Experience Scottsdale website, all users must complete and submit the 2022 Visitor Guide order form located at the following URL: https://www.experiencescottsdale.com/visitor-guide-contest-2022/ One grand prize and one second prize will be determined from all entries received in a random drawing on or about February 15, 2022, by Experience Scottsdale. Prize is guaranteed to be awarded. Limit one entry per person. Multiple entries received from any person will void all additional entries. Entries that are incomplete, illegible, or corrupted are void and will not be accepted.

One winner will receive the following grand prize for two ($3,450 value):
- Two-night stay and two 50-minute spa treatments at W Scottsdale Hotel
- Round trip Grand Canyon helicopter flight for two with Papillon Grand Canyon Helicopters
- Gift certificate for dinner at Barrio Queen
- Complimentary round of golf for two at Troon North Golf Club
- Private guided tour for two with EcoTours AZ
- Airfare for two provided via AMEX gift card (up to $600)
One winner will receive the following second place prize for two ($1,910 value):
- Two-night stay for two at The Scott Resort & Spa
- Tickets for two to Medieval Times Dinner & Tournament
- Escape room/scavenger hunt for two with Puzzle Rides
- Complimentary round of golf for two at Boulders Golf Club
- Airfare for two provided via AMEX gift card (up to $600)
All expenses not specified herein are the winners’ responsibility. Approximate retail value of Grand Prize is $3,450. Approximate retail value of the second-place prize is $1,910. Experience Scottsdale is required by the Internal Revenue Service (I.R.S.) to issue a 1099-MISC to the winner and submit a copy to the I.R.S. Additional costs, income, and other taxes on prizes, if any, are the sole responsibility of each winner. No prize or cash substitutes allowed, except at sponsor's sole discretion in the event of prize unavailability. Odds of winning are determined by the total number of entries received.
WINNER NOTIFICATION
Sponsor will notify winner via telephone or e-mail (if provided) and the winner must execute and return an affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release (the form of which will be provided to winners by Sponsor) within five days of notification attempt or an alternate winner may be selected. If the prize notification letter is returned (or e-mail bounces back) to Sponsor or its designated agent as undeliverable, the prize will be awarded to an alternate winner. Sponsor reserves the right to substitute the prize for one of equal or greater value. Prize is not transferable or redeemable for cash. Sponsor will award the prize within approximately 7 days of receiving the affidavit of eligibility and liability/publicity release from the winner. Entry constitutes permission (except where prohibited by law) to Sponsor and its designated agents to use the winners’ names, hometowns, and likenesses for publicity purposes without any compensation to the winner. By accepting the prize, winners and all travelers release Sponsor and prize givers and their agents and affiliates from all liability for any loss, harm, damages, cost, or expense, including without limitation property damage, personal injury and/or death, arising out of participation in the sweepstakes or acceptance or use of prize. Once the winner release form is returned to Sponsor, the prize will be mailed via USPS to the winner. All reservations must be made prior to use, and the prize must be redeemed before December 31, 2022. Blackout dates may apply; it is the responsibility of the winner to check with each entity regarding blackout dates.

All entrants assume all liability for any injury or damages caused or claimed to be caused by their participation in this Contest. All entrants release Sponsor, and their respective advertising and promotion agencies, their parents, subsidiaries, and joint venture companies, as well as their respective officers, directors, and employees, from any such liability.
Sponsor and their respective agents, their parent, subsidiary and joint venture companies, as well as their respective officers, directors, and employees assume no responsibility for any injury (including but not limited to any personal injury or death that may occur in connection with this Contest), damage or losses of any kind to any entrant, or to any entrant's or other person's computer or other personal property, relating to or resulting from participating in this Contest, including downloading materials or software. Sponsor and their respective agents, their parent, subsidiary and joint venture companies, as well as their respective officers, directors, and employees are not responsible for technical, hardware, software, or telephone malfunctions of any kind, lost or unavailable network connections, or failed incorrect, incomplete, inaccurate, garbled or delayed electronic communications caused by the user or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in this event or by any human error which may occur in the processing of the entries in this Contest.
Sponsor and their respective agents, their parent, subsidiary and joint venture companies, as well as their respective officers, directors and employees are not responsible for errors or failures of any kind, including, without limitation, inaccurate transcription of entry information, errors in any promotional or marketing materials, errors in these rules, any human or electronic error, and entries that are stolen, misdirected, garbled, delayed by computer transmissions, lost, late, damaged, or returned marked “postage due.”
Sponsor reserves the right to terminate the Entry Period prior to its scheduled termination and to choose among entries received prior to the date of such early termination. Sponsor reserves the right to review all entries on a rolling basis as they come in. If entry processing challenges or technical malfunctions occur, Sponsor reserves the right to change or discontinue the entry submission procedures.
Entrants agree to be bound by these rules. Failure to comply with these rules may result in disqualification from this Contest. Sponsor reserves the right to permanently disqualify any person it believes has intentionally violated these rules.
