Forget honey-baked ham and green-bean casserole at grandma’s house! Easter Brunches in Scottsdale are a culinary delight, with offerings ranging from Dungeness crab “Oscar” benedict to bananas foster French toast. Top it all off with Easter egg hunts and Easter Bunny pictures and you’ve got a reason to celebrate with the family this Easter holiday.

LON’S at Hermosa Inn

Talavera Restaurant at the Four Seasons Scottsdale
When: April 20, 10 a.m. – 7 p.m.
Details: Choose from an array of options with this elegant buffet. The “Flavors from the Sea” station will highlight shrimp cocktail, Snow crab claws and smoked salmon with traditional condiments. Or, enjoy salad offerings including organic baby greens with prickly pear vinaigrette and chilled sweet pea soup. A carving station will showcase slow-roasted prime rib with natural jus, honey-mustard salmon and herb-roasted rack of lamb. Details: Hyatt Regency Scottsdale’s Easter Brunch Buffet offers a variety of favorites like Omelets made-to-order, Southwestern Eggs Benedict, Cheese Blintzes, Soups and assorted Salads, Alaskan King Crab Legs, Jumbo Shrimp, Mussels, Smoked Scottish Salmon with traditional accompaniments, assorted Sushi, Gourmet Pastas prepared-to-order, Rosemary Roasted Leg of Lamb and Prime Rib of Beef from the Carving Station and Paella, topped off with an elaborate Viennese Dessert Table. Rawhide Western Town and Steakhouse

Details: The day begins with our 9th Annual Easter Eggstravaganza! Held exclusively for Resort, Villas & Easter Brunch guests, the ticketed event includes bounce houses, a petting zoo, arts & crafts and access to a 25,000-egg hunt! Festivities begin at 9 am and the egg hunt begins at 9:30 am.
