Italian Roots is a very special and unique dining experience personally conducted by Chef Marcellino himself and held in his private and romantic Chefs Cove. When you arrive, Chef Marcellino will greet you personally and speak with you about both his cuisine and your individual taste preferences (including any food allergies or aversions). From there, he will create a personalized 5-course tasting menu for you, complete with the perfect course-by-course wine pairings from his vast arsenal of Italian varietals. All courses are designed and portioned for your ultimate enjoyment. This exclusive chef-driven gastronomic adventure will span approximately 2 hours.
