The restaurant's large menu selection featuring items for breakfast, lunch and dinner is available to hotel guests and visitors any time day or night, weekdays or weekends. Those items include the best fresh omelets, specialty sandwiches as well as various salads and soups. Most recently, Blue Coyote has added a full sushi menu including Nigiri, Sashimi and rolls like Alaska, Rainbow and Boston. Sushi is served daily from 11am - 10pm, Blue Coyote also offers happy hour. Happy Hour is 4-7 Monday - Thursday.
