Former Food Network Chopped Champion, Chef Cory Oppold has opened his own Modern American restaurant in Scottsdale. Viewing food as an artform, Cory and his culinary team take you on a food exploration through an explosion of both your taste and visual senses, using seasonality of products and a progression of flavor. Course offers a 5-course or 10-course prix fixe dinner, as well as Morning Would, a 6-course prix fixe Sunday brunch. With nostalgia as the focus, the multi-course brunch’s atmosphere differs from the dinner experience, as it is more “festive” and brings you back to that feeling when you were younger. The menu consists of classic brunch items, but done in a more sophisticated, fun, and artful fashion paired with inspired, classic cocktails and jams from the 80s and 90s.
