- Description Hyatt Regency Scottsdale Resort & Spa at Gainey Ranch is excited to debut a renovated and expanded ballroom come 2025! Arizona Ballroom is doubling in size measuring to almost 22,000 sq. ft. and is divisible into sixteen sections, with banquet space for up to 1,600 and 2,200 theater-style. In addition, Hyatt Regency Scottsdale features 75,000 sq. ft. of indoor meeting space including 48 meeting rooms. The 14,000 sq. ft. Vaquero Ballroom, divisible into 10 sections, offers banquet space for up to 1,200 and 1,550 theatre-style. Unique to the resort is the 9,000 sq. ft. Terrace Court, an outdoor ballroom, featuring both lawn and hard-surfaced areas. Additionally, the resort offers excellent function space featuring views of the mountain and is ideal for smaller meetings, luncheons, meetings, banquets, weddings, baby showers, receptions, bar/bat mitzvahs, and milestone celebrations. Boardrooms and hospitality suites add to the varied function space at the resort. High speed Internet access is available in all meeting rooms.
