Part of Hi Noon Hospitality—the team behind Buck & Rider and Ingo's Tasty Food—Pinyon blends beautifully crafted cuisine with warm, attentive hospitality. Inspired by our travels across 20+ Mediterranean countries including Turkey, Italy, France, Malta, Greece, Spain, and Morocco, the menu highlights house-made pita baked fresh daily, crudos, fresh pastas, vibrant seasonal salads, and an ever-changing array of hummus and dips.
Our Josper grill—a live-fire charcoal oven imported from Barcelona—brings smoke and sear to skewers, steaks, and gambas. The Raw Bar features a rotating selection of oysters and chilled Oishii shrimp, perfect for sharing.
The space itself is a destination—drawing inspiration from the Mediterranean and Old World Europe, where every detail has been chosen with intention. Warm wood tones meet exposed ceiling beams above a custom checkerboard marble floor cut from Verdi Alpi and Calacatta Rosa. Artisanal brass fixtures glow over polished marble at the bar, cozy red leather booths evoke classic European bistro charm, and textured stone walls echo the cobblestone streets of coastal villages.
Upstairs, expansive park views and a custom zinc bar with alabaster lighting set the scene for evening cocktails. Outside, a European-inspired patio surrounds an antique fountain beneath Chilean mesquite and olive trees—an alfresco haven for dining under the Arizona sky with a spritz or lively craft cocktail in hand. Daily happy hour from 3–7pm offers the perfect excuse to unwind at the bar with discounted drinks, oysters from the raw bar, and shareable bites.
