- Cancellation Policy: 50% due at time of reservation. Final payment will be collected by the pilot after the flight. If you have to cancel your hot air balloon ride with Rainbow Ryders we ask that you contact us 48 hours before your flight and you will receive a refund in full. If you call after the 48 hours, the 50% deposit will be retained or vouchers that were purchased through any 3rd party will become void. Please make sure to contact our office between the hours of 7:00 AM and 7:00 PM if you need to cancel. If you need to reschedule with less than 48 hours notice, a $35 reschedule fee per person will be applied. If your flight is cancelled by Rainbow Ryders due to inclement weather, you will receive a refund in full or we will be happy to reschedule your flight.
